A few times ago, I was joined in a facebook group named "Soekaboemi Coffee and Cinema Club".
Wow, I feel so excited ! ^^~
Such a feeling that I find a home heheee..
Ok, back to the topic :)
Soekaboemi Coffee and Cinema Club is a community for coffee-and-cinema-lovers (definetely !) in our hometown, Sukabumi. This community was born on April, 20th 2012.
What are activities in this community ?
In here, we can watch movies from different genre and themes.
We took places to watch in every cafe in Sukabumi.
Ofcourse we watch a great and high quality movies in here which is contain moral value based on our environment and our daily life :)
After we watched the movie, we will discuss about the movie..how about your impression to the movie ?
What's moral value that you can get from the movie ? and soo on :)
The first event was held on April, 21st 2012.
Sadly, I can't join the event because the time was too late night :(
First movie to watch is "Cinema Paradiso" and first venue to watch the movie is in Parahyangan Coffee House.
I wanna watch this T_T |
Huhuu, feels so regret about not comin :(
So, I decide to come in the second event next week.
The second week, we gonna watch "Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain" at Buleng Resto.
A lil sinopsis about the movie, Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain (The Fabulous Destiny of Amélie Poulain) is a 2001 romantic comedy film directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet.
Written by Jeunet with Guillaume Laurant, the film is a whimsical depiction of contemporary Parisian life, set in Montmartre. It tells the story of a shy waitress, Amelie played by Audrey Tautou, who decides to change the lives of those around her for the better, while struggling with her own isolation.
Amelie, an innocent and naive girl in Paris, with her own sense of justice, decides to help those around her and along the way, discovers love.
The film met with critical acclaim and was a box-office success. Amélie won Best Film at the European Film Awards; it won four César Awards (including Best Film and Best Director), two BAFTA Awards (including Best Original Screenplay), and was nominated for five Academy Awards.
The day's comin..I bring my friends to the event :)
I came with Febby (Saeng), Nissa, and Fer *he was late :p* :)
Arrive in there, we order some drinks 'cause that day was so hot -_-
frappe and smoothies |
While waiting the movie to play, I had a lil chit chat with Saeng. The most topic we had is about Super Junior concert ahahaa, It means she was very "Galau" because she can't attend the concert :p
The movie start to play, we focus to the movie :)
The movie had a good intro, we already start to laugh hahaa :D
But, after about 1 hours there'a problem with the electric..haa, blackout ! :(
We must wait until its turn normal again..so long -__-"
While waiting the electric back to normal, the founder of Soekaboemi Coffee and Cinema Club give some talks to the audiences about our movie today and he welcomed us :)
His name is Kang Faisal (Its not using "P" right, Kang ? heehee..)
He is nice person, well everybody in here are nice person too...we talked and laught together :D
the founder :) |
What can I say about this movie ?
Well, It's so beautiful :)
The Amelie character is so unique and funny. The way she think is just out from the box. She didn't see something only in one side, but she explore its.
I like the way she want to helps other..she helps a blind-man accross the street, she helps others to find their happiness. But, when Amelie want to find her happiness, she's got a lil dissapointed. But, in the end she's got its :)
The movie is based on our daily life, what's on around us....so, sometimes I just look my self on that movie hueheee.. :p
Emm, what else ya..just watch it yourself okay, heheee.. :p
We didn't do the discussion today, because the venue will be use by another event already :(
So, maybe next week or in the facebook group we will discuss about this movie.
Waaa, I'm so happy to join this community..as you know, our city Sukabumi doesn't have a movie theatre or cinema to enjoy some new movies or great movies :(
But, I get more than a cinema can give in here :)
Whoaa, can't wait for next week ^^~
