More Than a Cinema : Soekaboemi Coffee and Cinema Club :)

A few times ago, I was joined in a facebook group named "Soekaboemi Coffee and Cinema Club".

Wow, I feel so excited ! ^^~

Such a feeling that I find a home heheee..

Ok, back to the topic :)

Soekaboemi Coffee and Cinema Club is a community for coffee-and-cinema-lovers (definetely !) in our hometown, Sukabumi. This community was born on April, 20th 2012.

What are activities in this community ?

In here, we can watch movies from different genre and themes.

We took places to watch in every cafe in Sukabumi.

Ofcourse we watch a great and high quality movies in here which is contain moral value based on our environment and our daily life :)

After we watched the movie, we will discuss about the movie..how about your impression to the movie ?

What's moral value that you can get from the movie ? and soo on :)

The first event was held on April, 21st 2012.

Sadly, I can't join the event because the time was too late night :(

First movie to watch is "Cinema Paradiso" and first venue to watch the movie is in Parahyangan Coffee House.

I will move to the new place, exploring the places, knowing new peoples, make friends everywhere, make some stories anywhere..life is adventure, right ? Hehee :)

Earth Day - Bale Barudak Art Exhibition

Last Sunday, on April 22nd '2012 I've got a call from Mr. Sony (umm, he's my boss ahaha :D ). 

He told me to come and join the event in Bale Barudak. FYI, I'm one of the volunteer in Bale Barudak (ok, it's not important :p )

Back to the Sunday event :)
This event was held to celebrate "Earth Day". So, Bale Barudak made an art exhibition which shows some painting (materpiece by Salsabila) and photos from Pinhole (community of photography).

When I arrived in there, I've welcomed by music performance from Sketsa :)
They played some children's songs and traditional too. Wahh, so excited ^^
There's also a few journalist from ANTV, SCTV, Sukabumitoday, MenaraFM and others (I didn't know others heheee :p )

Parahyangan Coffee House

"Sukabumi ga krisis Coffee Shop lagi :)"

Ahahaa, kalimat yang tepat buat keadaan Sukabumi sekarang, khususnya buat Coffee Shop.

Yup, dulu sih jarang banget ada tempat khusus buat manjain lidah penikmat kopi di kota kecil ini. But now, kekhawatiran itu berubah jadi kebahagiaan hehee :p

Mulai ada beberapa coffee shop bermunculan di Sukabumi, salah satunya adalah Parahyangan Coffee House atau "Parchous". Kalo ga salah mulai buka dari Februari 2012. Beberapa waktu lalu saya berkunjung kemari bareng Teh Mel dan kesan pertama yang muncul adalah it's cozy :)

Villa Coffee

Sewaktu saya datang ke acara Sadinteun di Sukabumi , saya menemukan sebuah booth stand yang menyediakan kopi. Sebagai pecinta kopi, saya langsung penasaran dan dekati stand ini. Well, ternyata booth stand ini merupakan stand kopi asli Sukabumi. Yup, asli lhooo...kebun kopi mereka di Sukabumi, proses dari panen, roasting kopi, grinding kopi, sampai pengemasan semua di lakukan di Sukabumi.

Saya seneng banget nemu kopi khas Sukabumi ini :D

Nama brand kopinya ini "Villa Coffee".

Di meja stand-nya ini lengkap banget deh peralatan kopinya. Saya aja betah lama-lama diem di sini, selain itu dapet kopi gratis pula dan saya beberapa kali minta tambah hehee :p

Kirab Seni Budaya Jawa Barat 2012

Sabtu lalu (31 Maret '12) Kota Sukabumi jadi tuan rumah untuk event "Kirab Seni Budaya Jawa Barat 2012". Wow, saya yang sudah nunggu-nunggu acara ini ga mau ketinggalan buat nyaksiin dari awal sampai akhir kirabnya. Yaiyalah, secara ini kan diikuti oleh kota dan kabupaten se-JawaBarat (ah ya, walaupun ga semua :( ) dan kapan lagi liat aneka macam kesenian dan budaya sekaligus :)

Juga kirab ini dilaksanakan bertepatan dengan memperingati hari jadi Kota Sukabumi yang ke - 98. Ulang tahunnya Sukabumi itu jatuh pada tanggal 1 April.

My Cousin and SMANSA Art Performace

Last Wednesday (March, 28th '12) I went to Art Performance of Senior High School 1, Sukabumi we called it "Gelar Seni SMANSA". I went there with my aunt because my cousin will perform at opening ceremony which is fully traditional art performance :)

My cousin said the event will start at 8 AM, so me and my aunt was in rush at morning coz we won't be late to see her perform. Ah I forgot, this event was held in central of City, Merdeka Square. 

Finally we got there at 9 AM, and we already late..so late ! :(

But, lucky us...the event not started yet hehehee :D

When we got there its just a few minutes opening ceremony will start. So, I prepare my self to bring out the handycam from my bag and set the position. I've got a place directly in fornt of my cousin perform's place hohooo :D
